MOBILE APPLICATION DISCLOSURE: The kahawanu mobile application, built on the Kodular platform, utilizes the underlying App Center Analytics SDK to automatically collect Usage Data and System Data such as device type, app ID, crash logs, and session start/end times for diagnostics and performance purposes. This is collected automatically upon app launch.

4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH (Third Parties)

We share your data with third parties under the following circumstances:

• With Service Providers, Contractors, and Agents: Third-party companies who perform services on our behalf, like payment processing, fraud prevention, data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics), and email/hosting services.
• With Analytics and Data Enrichment Services: We share certain data with tools like Google Analytics for analytics purposes.

6. YOUR RIGHTS (Access, Correction, and Deletion)

If your app allows users to create an account, you must also allow users to request their account and associated data be deleted.

• In-App Path: You can initiate app account deletion from within the app, typically located in the account settings.
• Web Resource (Mandatory): You can request permanent account and data deletion without having to reinstall the app by:
